The renowned "House of Tomorrow" in Palm Springs, where Elvis and Priscilla Presley celebrated their honeymoon, is currently on the market for approximately $9.3 million, according to The Wall Street Journal. This architectural masterpiece spans 4,695 square feet and includes four bedrooms and five bathrooms, characterized by its unique design featuring four circular sections topped with a strikingly angled roof.

In 1962, Look magazine referred to the residence as a "$300,000 pleasure dome," highlighting California's potential for luxury living. The home was equipped with innovative electronic temperature controls, outdoor lighting, and sprinkler systems that were ahead of their time. In 1966, Elvis rented the property for a year prior to his marriage to Priscilla in Las Vegas.

Following their wedding, the couple returned to Palm Springs on Frank Sinatra’s Learjet to enjoy their honeymoon. Originally designed by Krisel and built in 1960 by notable local developer Bob Alexander as his private residence, the Alexander Residence last changed ownership in late 2022. Situated on half a hectare in the Vista Las Palmas neighborhood, the house maintains its original midcentury charm.

The circular rooms are characterized by floor-to-ceiling glass and exposed rock walls. At the center of the sunken living area is a floating hearth, topped with a beaker-shaped white steel fireplace hood. Adjacent to this space, a den includes a fireplace and a television mounted on an earth-toned accent wall.

A former closet has been converted into a bar adorned with black marble. A staircase ascends to the primary suite, where expansive windows provide stunning views of palm trees and the San Jacinto Mountains. The ensuite bathroom boasts wardrobe closets, a circular soaking tub, and access to a private balcony. The outdoor area is bordered by palm trees and includes a large pool, a separate spa, and a fireside sitting area. An attached two-car carport completes the exterior layout.

In late 2022, entrepreneur Nancy Cirillo acquired the property for approximately $5.7 million. Together with her husband, Cary Collins, a former tennis professional, Cirillo undertook significant renovations while maintaining the home's midcentury character. Partnering with designer Michelle Boudreau, they modernized the interiors and implemented several structural enhancements without detracting from the original design. After two years of restoration efforts, Cirillo and Collins have decided to list the estate for sale as they prepare to move to California’s Coachella Valley for personal and professional reasons.
