The new owners engaged interior designer Sarah Ivory to renovate the unit, transforming it into an elegant urban sanctuary.
Now, merely a year later, they have decided to relist the property, aiming to leverage its celebrity connection and the strong demand for luxury residences in Lower Manhattan. The home is situated within a boutique building that was completed in 2015, which consists of only 11 exclusive units across eight stories.
