Molly-Mae Opens Up About 'Complicated' NYE Kiss with Tommy.

Molly-Mae Hague has addressed the situation following her appearance in photographs that seemingly depict her kissing her former partner, Tommy Fury, at a social gathering, describing the circumstances as "really complicated."

"We are figuring it out as adults, as parents," she told reporters. "We're doing the best we can."

The influencer surprised her followers last year by revealing her separation from her fiancé, professional boxer Tommy, whom she encountered on Love Island.

During the holiday season, images surfaced in various newspapers that appeared to depict the couple sharing a kiss at a New Year's Eve celebration.

When Molly-Mae, 25, was questioned about the situation, she neither confirmed nor denied its occurrence, stating instead: "This is a whole new territory for me."

"Tommy and I, our relationship has always been in the public eye but to deal with this breakup, with millions of eyes watching, it is hard, it is complicated."

Molly-Mae and Tommy are widely regarded as the most prominent couple to have come from Love Island.

The duo, who finished as runners-up in the 2019 season of the reality television program and became engaged in 2023, are parents to a daughter named Bambi. However, they ended their relationship last August.

Molly-Mae explained that her silence regarding the breakup on social media is due to the fact that they are both still working through the situation.

Additionally, she dismissed rumors suggesting that their separation was merely a publicity stunt.

"I think that for me, above everything, has been the most frustrating part," she said.

"I wish it was a publicity stunt, because it would be a lot easier. Because going through all of this, with the turmoil of a breakup, has been incredibly hard.

"I do see the comments, people saying this has obviously just been done 'to launch her brand or a publicity stunt', it's very painful to read because it's real life," she added.

"Tommy and I have a baby together, and it's very, very real and it's a really hard thing that we've both gone through in the last six months."

Molly-Mae is currently featured in a new television series that delves into her life beyond the vlog camera.

Molly-Mae: Behind It All is a unique blend of a reality show and documentary, where cameras capture her daily life as she raises her daughter Bambi and engages in her numerous business endeavors.

During a Q&A session prior to the show's premiere, she expressed that her primary concern about participating was the prospect of being filmed in her own home.

"I didn't know how I was going to feel," she said.

She acknowledged that relinquishing control to others for filming and editing posed "a challenge," particularly since she is accustomed to producing her own videos on platforms such as YouTube."There were parts where I thought, OK I'll take that out," she said.

"But actually it's like, you know what, if I do get frustrated with Bambi occasionally, it's real, it's honest, and it's raw, and I hope other mums will appreciate that and see that we're not trying to sugar coat things here."

She stated that she does discuss the breakup in the series.

"It's very honest in what we share with the breakup," she said.

She emphasized that it is "so much more than a breakup documentary" as it also explores aspects of her life that she has not previously addressed, such as motherhood and body confidence.

Although she is experienced in her field, she confesses to feeling "anxious" about the reception of the series; however, she believes her "thick skin" will assist her in handling any potential criticism.

Regarding her future plans, Molly-Mae mentioned that she has not established any "major targets" for this year, preferring to concentrate on her role as a mother and her business ventures.

"2024 was, a lot of it, about getting through this year, make it through," she said.

"And 2025, I just want to leave a lot of things that have happened last year in last year, and focus on the positives."
