Halsey Lists Historic Spanish-Style Home in L.A. for $5.5M.
Halsey is already looking to sell her 1920s Los Feliz home just two years after buying it for $5 million, now asking for $5.5 million.
The singer picked up the nearly century-old Spanish Colonial Revival house in 2023, designed by the well-known architect Arthur W. Larson. Now, she’s ready to part ways with it in a sought-after area of Los Feliz. The listing is managed by Carl Gambino and Alyson Richards from the Gambino Group at Compass, according to public records.
