JoJo Siwa Earns Big After Selling $4 Million California Home.

Jojo Siwa just scored a nice payday from her latest real estate venture. The Dance Moms star sold her mansion in Tarzana, California for more than the asking price. She had it listed at $3.99 million just before Christmas, and it looks like it went for $4.1 million.

As reported by TMZ, the house boasts six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Spanning over 6,400 square feet, this swanky property includes a pool, spa, bar, entertainment room, and even a sports court. Plus, there's a gourmet kitchen decked out with high-end appliances.

To help close the deal, JoJo teamed up with a celebrity real estate duo from Selling Sunset, Chrishell Stause and Omar Abaza, who are part of the Oppenheim Group. TMZ also mentioned that JoJo’s former home will be featured in the upcoming season of the Netflix series, set to drop later this year.

Jojo showed off her love for the finer things last year by dropping a whopping $30,000 on a birthday getaway to Hawaii for her girlfriend. “We’re about to take her on the best birthday extravaganza—we’re going to Hawaii,” JoJo told E! News in November of the plans. “It’s going to be a lot of fun.

Back then, Jojo's girlfriend Dakota was just about to hit the big 1-9. They broke up right before the holiday season. “It’s not about the money,” JoJo continued. “It’s about the person, it’s about the time, and the thing you do together—it’s all about the experience.”

Jojo's net worth is estimated to be around $20 million. She first became well-known on TLC's Dance Moms and then blew up on YouTube, where her channel has over 12 million subscribers. After that, she kicked off her music career with hits like “Boomerang” and “Kid in a Candy Store.”

Famous for her iconic bows, Jojo also created a line of accessories, clothing, and home décor, which has definitely boosted her wealth and brand. She’s reportedly sold more than 80 million bows, which explains how she can afford her fancy California home. Now that her Tarzana house has sold quickly and for a profit, it’ll be interesting to see where Jojo heads next.
