Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco are celebrating their engagement bliss by purchasing a lavish $35 million mansion together.
According to TMZ, sources confirm that the couple sealed the deal on a Spanish-style mansion in December. The home features 7 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, plus luxury features like a library, glass solarium, fitness center, and pool. It was previous owned by an unidentified Hollywood director. The publication notes it was the most expensive real estate deal in Beverly Hills in 2024.
The pair’s purchase comes on the heels of their engagement news, which they confirmed in December. Selena shared a series of images from the proposal to Instagram, including close-ups of her ring. "Forever begins now.." the former Disney star wrote in the caption.
Benny likely spent a fortune on the sparkler. Ann Grimmett, diamond expert and VP of Merchandising at Jared Jewelers, told PEOPLE she believes the ring is worth at least $225,000. The ring is a marquise diamond with an oval shape set against a pave eternity band, likely six carats in total.

“Selena Gomez’s engagement ring is fitting for a talent as rare as hers given less than 5% of diamonds are marquise," Grimmett explained. The total expense may be greater, as various reports suggest that Selena's ring could exceed $1 million. Benny and Selena initially collaborated musically before dating rumors surfaced in June 2023. The star of Wizards of Waverly Place confirmed their relationship on Instagram several months later. Benny, a music producer known for his work with prominent artists such as Rihanna and Justin Bieber (Selena's former partner), has an estimated net worth of $50 million.
In contrast, Selena's wealth is approximated at $1.3 billion, which accounts for the couple's capacity to invest in their new property acquired in December.
