Taylor Swift appears to be expanding her real estate holdings, as a recent report indicates that the artist is considering the purchase of a residence in Kansas alongside her boyfriend, Travis Kelce. Following her recovery from the Eras tour, a source reveals that she is eager to engage in house hunting activities.
“When they have time, they want to look at real estate,” the insider told Us Weekly. “[They] talked about exploring buying a home together.”
Taylor is currently managing renovations on her mansion in Rhode Island, with an estimated cost of $1.7 million. According to sources, she aims to enhance the living area by a minimum of 400 square feet, which will involve an expansion of the master bedroom.
“She’s hoping to get it ready for the summer,” the insider added.

Taylor has been hosting her renowned 4th of July celebrations at the property since acquiring it in 2013.
This is not the first instance of reports suggesting that Taylor and Travis were considering purchasing a property together. In May of last year, there were circulating reports indicating that the couple was searching for a home in Lake Como.
“[Travis] fell in love with the beauty and atmosphere [of Lake Como],” a source told The Sun. “They also took a bit of time to look into real estate, as many celebrities own houses and properties there.”
“They like to do simple things, to relax, to spend days being by themselves and chill at home, so that location would be a perfect nest for them if one of them decides to buy a property there,” they went on.
Taylor's real estate holdings are estimated to be valued at $100 million. This portfolio features an $18 million townhouse located in Tribeca, New York, as well as a $25 million mansion in Beverly Hills. Additionally, her residence in Rhode Island is appraised at $17 million.
Travis possesses a home in Kansas, having invested $6 million in a new property at the beginning of last year, which boasts enhanced security features. Since publicly announcing his relationship with Taylor in 2023, Travis has experienced an increase in his net worth, attributed to new collaborations and opportunities.
With Taylor's net worth reaching $1 billion and Travis' fortune at $90 million, the couple undoubtedly has the financial capacity to expand their real estate portfolio.
