Will Arnett is selling his residence in Beverly Hills, listing the contemporary estate for $22.5 million, as reported by the Wall Street Journal. The actor purchased the modernist property for $16.4 million in 2021. According to Arnett's agent, the actor's increased activities in New York have led to this decision.

Previously, Arnett owned a custom-designed mansion in the Beverly Hills Post Office area, which he sold for $7.85 million in 2021. The luxury real estate market in Beverly Hills has experienced heightened demand, particularly following recent wildfires. In the fourth quarter of 2024, sales of single-family homes in Beverly Hills surged by 70.4% compared to the same period in 2023, with the median sale price rising by 21.1%.

Arnett is widely recognized for his role as Gob Bluth in Arrested Development and for voicing the titular character in BoJack Horseman. He has adeptly balanced various genres, including comedy and animation. He received an Emmy nomination for his recurring role as Devon Banks on 30 Rock and has appeared in Up All Night, The Millers, and Murderville. Additionally, Arnett has co-created, executive produced, and starred in Running Wilde and Flaked, along with significant contributions to animated films such as Ratatouille, Despicable Me, The Nut Job, and The Lego Movie franchise.
