Simmons acquired two under-construction units for approximately $14 million in the summer of 2023, subsequently merging and customizing them to meet his personal preferences, as reported by The Wall Street Journal. Located on the 21st floor of the 33-story Olympia Dumbo building, developed by Fortis Property Group in partnership with Hill West Architects and the design firm Workstead, this luxurious residence boasts five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, encompassing over 5,200 square feet of living space designed by Widell & Boschetti, complete with a Savant home-automation system.
