Fitness Guru Tracy Anderson Lists Two Luxury Homes for Sale Following Legal Settlement.

Celebrity fitness mogul Tracy Anderson is making bold moves in the real estate market, listing two of her multimillion-dollar homes for sale. The wellness entrepreneur, 50, whose clients have included Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Lopez, Madonna, and Harry Styles, is offloading two of her prized properties—one in Pennsylvania and the other in Los Angeles.

The first home, a stunning estate in New Hope, Pennsylvania, hit the market in August 2024 for $6.4 million—nearly triple the $2.35 million that Anderson and her husband, Chris Asplundh, paid for it in 2020.

Spanning 6,330 square feet with six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, the property sits on 12.16 acres of picturesque land featuring "rolling meadows and verdant woodlands," according to its listing. The home “epitomizes a harmonious coexistence between nature and the comforts of home.”

Beyond its luxurious amenities, the estate holds sentimental value for Anderson and Asplundh, as it was the site of their intimate 2021 wedding. "This special moment was meant for just our family," Anderson told People magazine in January 2022. The couple celebrated their nuptials with Champagne in the garden, a cozy dinner in their dining room, and a dance party under the stars.

Extensively renovated over the past three years, the property boasts new flooring, unique light fixtures, a detached guest house, an infinity pool, and even a pickleball court. The main house features a formal living room, a gourmet kitchen, a "luxurious first-floor primary suite with a lavish spa bath and ivy-draped patio," and a home theater. Anderson also installed a state-of-the-art fitness studio in the detached garage, complete with a patented hardwood floor with a subfloor spring mechanism and a Nanawall that opens to scenic views.

Meanwhile, Anderson recently listed her second property, a four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home in Los Angeles’ Brentwood neighborhood, for $10.3 million. Purchased for $7.36 million in March 2023 through an LLC, the home has undergone significant updates. If it sells close to the asking price, Anderson and Asplundh could turn a substantial profit.

The Los Angeles property is designed with wellness in mind, featuring a "custom Nordica Sauna with salt therapy," "floor-to-ceiling onyx walls" in the primary bath, and an "ultra-filtration water system" for high-quality hydration. The listing highlights the work of Nurtured Nest, an eco-friendly home services company, which helped transform the home into a sanctuary for health and relaxation.

Lush outdoor spaces further elevate the home’s appeal. Though the lot is smaller than their Pennsylvania estate, its stylish entertaining areas—including an outdoor stone fireplace and dining space—have served as a backdrop for Anderson’s social media content. She even filmed her "TA LIVE Abode" program there in September 2024, showcasing her personal health and wellness practices.

A spokesperson for Anderson and Asplundh confirmed to Realtor.com that the couple is shifting their focus to their homes in Montana and New York, leading them to part ways with these two remarkable properties. "Tracy and Chris plan to spend more time in New York and Montana, and they do not want these remarkable properties to remain empty," said their representative, Steven Beltrani. "By making them available to new owners, they hope both homes will continue to be cherished and enjoyed, reflecting the regenerative ethos they embrace."

Beltrani also emphasized the couple’s dedication to preserving unique homes, noting that their Los Angeles residence was originally designed by a pioneering female architect who prioritized natural elements, and their Pennsylvania estate is a historic gem that has been carefully restored.

The listings come after a challenging period for Anderson’s business. In October 2024, Page Six reported that Anderson settled part of a legal dispute with former trainer Megan Roup. Anderson initially sued Roup in 2022 for copyright infringement, breach of contract, and false advertising. While a confidential settlement was reached on some claims, Anderson is continuing to pursue copyright protection in court.

"Tracy and our team are satisfied that we have reached a resolution and agreement on the contract claim with Megan Roup through private settlement terms," her attorney stated. "[But] she remains fully committed to this goal to realize the full intention of copyright protection through the higher courts."

This lawsuit followed a tumultuous time for Anderson’s brand, which came under fire in a 2023 Business Insider exposé detailing allegations of toxic workplace behavior and high-pressure conditions at her fitness studios. Additionally, her Hamptons location faced backlash over "ridiculous" pricing and client disputes.

Despite these challenges, Anderson continues to forge ahead, refocusing her energy on her thriving wellness empire and her new real estate ventures. The sale of these homes signals a fresh chapter for the fitness guru, allowing her to embrace new opportunities while ensuring that the properties she once cherished continue to bring joy to new owners.

As Anderson and Asplundh transition to spending more time in Montana and New York, their decision to list these homes reflects their commitment to growth, transformation, and embracing the next phase of their journey. With her dedication to wellness and self-improvement, it's clear that Anderson remains as committed as ever to cultivating a lifestyle that aligns with her philosophy—one that prioritizes balance, beauty, and well-being. As these properties find new owners, they will undoubtedly continue to serve as stunning sanctuaries for health, happiness, and inspiration.
