The Dubrows are selling the estate simply because they’ve decided to embrace apartment living, with only one of their four children still living at home. Additionally, the couple wants to spend more time traveling. Despite their decision to sell, the Dubrows have expressed their deep attachment to the house.

Heather previously called the property their “dream house” when they purchased it in the summer of 2023 for $16.1 million, well below the original $37.5 million asking price. “We are so excited to redo this legendary home,” Heather shared on Instagram, noting that the renovations would take about three years. Terry humorously described the home as “botched” in its original state, and said it would really test Heather’s design skills. “This is going to be next level,” he predicted, and the couple promised to document the renovation journey for their fans.
