The couple bought the Venetian Islands home in 2020 for about $29 million and have since invested around $15 million in upgrades. One of the standout features is a massive 5,600-gallon aquarium imported from Japan, which set them back about $1 million. According to agent Julian Johnston from the Corcoran Group, the aquarium is so large that it needs a scuba diver for upkeep, who enters through a hidden hatch in the primary bedroom closet.

This stunning waterfront home, designed for Andre Radandt, the former president of Bolthouse Farms, is a true example of modern elegance. Finished in 2019, this six-bedroom contemporary masterpiece covers a whopping 15,000 square feet.

Kalorama has been a hotspot for influential couples like Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, along with Barack and Michelle Obama. The area is also home to billionaires like Jeff Bezos and former Trump officials such as David Sacks, Howard Lutnick, and Scott Bessent.
