The buyer, represented by Helene Barre and Fran Ehrlich of Sotheby’s International Realty–Greenwich Brokerage, secured the home in a deal that was managed on the seller’s behalf by Joseph Barbieri of the same brokerage. Moore’s husband, Dr. S. Robert Levine, decided to sell the estate as part of his personal journey of moving forward.

Moore and Levine purchased the Georgian Colonial-style residence in 2006 for approximately $10 million. The five-bedroom, nine-bath home spans nearly 14,000 square feet and is set on seven meticulously maintained acres. Originally built over a century ago, the couple worked with architect Stephen Wang to modernize the estate while preserving its timeless elegance.
