Claire Danes & Hugh Dancy Sell Their NYC Townhouse for $9.9M.
Since 2012, the married actors have owned a beautifully updated Green Revival-style home in Manhattan, which has recently sold for a bit more than the asking price. Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy have officially sold their West Village residence, which they purchased over ten years ago for $6.8 million.

According to The Wall Street Journal, the completely renovated Greek Revival townhouse has been sold to an undisclosed buyer for $9.9 million, just above the nearly $9.8 million asking price that the couple set last August. Tamer Howard from the Corcoran Group managed the listing, while Marie-Claire Gladstone from the same group represented the buyer.

The couple decided to sell their home because they were looking for more room for their three kids and the many family visitors they have. Rumor has it they've splurged $13 million on a fancy townhouse close to Gramercy Park, featuring eight bedrooms and ten bathrooms spread over 8,500 square feet.
