Comedian Louis C.K., whose real name is Louis Alfred Székely, has sold his Greenwich Village residence located in a historic red-brick townhouse for $2.36 million, as reported by Gimme Shelter.

The stylish home was first listed for sale last May with an asking price of $2.45 million, according to StreetEasy.

This three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment spans three levels within a four-story, 10-unit walk-up at 345 W. 4th St., situated between Horatio and Gansevoort streets. C.K. purchased the co-op with his then-wife, Alix Bailey, for $250,000 back in 2006, based on property records. The building itself dates back to 1926.

In December 2022, C.K. sold a 1,450-square-foot co-op at 101 W. 12th St. for $1.8 million, having purchased it for $2.45 million in 2016. He also sold his five-bedroom property at 35 Charlton St. for $5.8 million, as previously reported by Gimme.

That's lower than the $6.5 million he spent on the Soho townhouse located between Sixth Avenue and Varick Street back in 2012. This 4,822-square-foot home was built in 1829.

C.K. acknowledged his sexual misconduct in 2017 and offered an apology. He later minimized the events and has since received a Grammy for Best Comedy Album.
