Sydney Sweeney and Ex-Fiancé Jonathan Davino's $6.2M LA Home Sits Empty After Breakup.

Renovations on Sydney Sweeney and Jonathan Davino’s $6.2 million mansion are still progressing rapidly, even after their breakup. Construction teams have been seen actively working on the property recently, with Davino making visits to monitor the progress, as reported by the US Sun on Thursday.

The publication shared aerial photos of the house, which has been vacant for months, with debris scattered in the front yard.

Despite the split, the former couple has already made significant improvements to the 4,477-square-foot residence, which was previously filled with overgrown plants, according to older listing images. While Davino has been spotted at the site multiple times in recent months, Sweeney has rarely been seen there.

The 27-year-old “Euphoria” star and the 41-year-old businessman purchased the Bel Air property at auction in July 2023. It’s unclear if they intended to live in the five-bedroom, four-bathroom house or if they saw it as an investment.

Given their recent separation, they will likely need to decide whether to sell the home or come to an agreement on ownership. Although not much is known about Davino’s real estate holdings, Sweeney also has a $3 million Tudor-style house in Westwood, LA, and a $13.5 million waterfront mansion in Florida.

Last week, People confirmed that the “White Lotus” star and Davino have officially ended their relationship after calling off their wedding.

“She’s not ready to settle down,” a source told the magazine. “They only lasted for this long because it was hard for her to break it off. They didn’t split because there is no love. They split because she just wants to focus on her career right now.”

Despite the difficult decision, the insider said Sweeney is “exactly where she wants to be” career-wise.

“Most people would feel overwhelmed by her working schedule this year, but not Syd. She’s all about working right now and very excited about all her projects,” they said. “What did make her overwhelmed, though, was her relationship and her wedding. She didn’t feel right about it.”

Just a few days after Us Weekly revealed that the Emmy nominee had called off their wedding planned for May because of “major issues” in their relationship, the news broke. The couple, who got engaged in 2022 after being linked since 2018, were last seen together on January 20.

Sydney Sweeney’s decision to focus on her career and end her relationship shows a strong commitment to what’s best for her at this point in her life. It’s admirable to see her prioritize her personal growth and professional success, especially with such an exciting year ahead.

Navigating a breakup can be tough, but it’s clear that Sydney is choosing to follow her heart and pursue her passions. I truly hope she finds love again when the time is right, and that she continues to thrive in both her career and personal life as she moves forward.
