Grava&Associati have advised the German manufacturer BFS Group (Betonfertigteilesysteme GMbH) on its acquisition by Forsyth Capital Investors, a US fund that manages more than $ 2.5 billion for investments in small and medium-sized businesses.
The Grava&Associati team was led by Senior Partner Antonio Grava, who was assisted by Associates Arianna Vettorel and Priscilla Bortolin in regards to all corporate aspects, as well as by Federico Grava and Duilia Zozzoli, in relation to all financial and tax aspects. The buyer was assisted by Baker & McKenzie Munich.
