Italian galenic ingredients supplier Biofarma Group has acquired Giellepi’s Finished Products division, which will be renamed to Health Science but will retain its current corporate structure and managerial organisation.
Deloitte Tax & Legal advised Biofarma with a team including Marco Bastasin (Tax M&A and Deal Advisory) and Mario De Blasi (Tax M&A and Deal Advisory).
