SAU s.p.a. Completes the Acquisition of GIS Air Compressor

SAU s.p.a., a precision engineering company founded in 1982, has completed the acquisition of 100%of the share capital of GIS AIR COMPRESSOR, a historic mechanical company from Carpi, which has been manufacturing compressors since 1956.
The acquisition, which provides for the maintenance of the production site of GIS in Carpi, is aimed at allowing the growth of the latter through the distribution network of SAU, which in this way creates a new division of products, maintaining, for compressors, the GIS brand, well known and appreciated by the market.
The integration with a company such as SAU had been identified, before his death, by the CEO of GIS, Gianfranco Sgarbi, as the best way to safeguard and enhance the company.
The acquisition was handled by the lawyer Marcello Benetti, Partner at the Benetti Law Firm, for GIS AIR COMPRESSOR, and saw SAU assisted by the lawyer Stefano Giovannini of the law firm of the same name in Reggio.
