Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli have reintroduced their Hidden Hills residence to the market, now at a reduced price, as they seek a buyer nearly a year after its initial listing.
The property was first offered for sale at $17.5 million in April 2024, but the couple withdrew it from the market in October after only a few months. According to a statement from their real estate agent, Tomer Fridman of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California, the couple was initially uncertain about their decision to relocate. However, it seems they have reconsidered, as they have now re-listed the home for $16.5 million.
“The sellers were uncertain that they wanted to make the move. They are now committed to their next chapter,” Fridman said. He’s representing the property alongside Marc Shevin of Douglas Elliman. He added that the reduced price was to “optimize activity” at the moment, since “current market conditions are favorable.”
The estate boasts an array of luxurious amenities, such as a bespoke home theater, a swimming pool, a bocce ball court, a fire pit, and a barbecue area. It encompasses nearly 12,000 square feet of living space, which includes six bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
Lori and Mossimo are reported to have a combined net worth of $80 million. Lori rose to fame portraying Aunt Becky on Full House from 1988 to 1995 and has appeared in other television series, including When Calls the Heart and Summerland. In contrast, Mossimo achieved financial success as a fashion designer, initially gaining recognition in the 1990s.

The couple wed in 1997 and are the parents of two daughters. Their family garnered significant media attention when they became entangled in the 2019 college admissions scandal. They faced allegations of paying $500,000 to secure their daughters' recruitment to the University of Southern California's crew team, despite the fact that the girls did not participate in the sport.
Lori was ultimately sentenced to two months in prison and fined $150,000 for her role in the scandal, in addition to being required to complete 100 hours of community service. Mossimo received a slightly harsher sentence, totaling five months in prison, a $250,000 fine, and 250 hours of court-ordered community service.
The legal proceedings are believed to have had a considerable effect on their financial status. Lori missed out on numerous professional opportunities, including a role in the reboot of Fuller House. In 2020, Lori and Mossimo sold their Bel-Air residence for $18 million, and she reportedly contributed $500,000 to a tuition fund for two students as part of her efforts to make amends.
