Norman Reedus has said farewell to his roomy penthouse in Chinatown, completing a multimillion-dollar deal right in the center of New York. City records show that the three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom duplex sold for $5.4 million, a nice jump from the $3.8 million he paid back in 2013.
Originally listed for about $6 million in September, this place is a unique architectural gem, blending classic loft vibes with eye-catching modern glass features. Reedus, famous for his role as Daryl Dixon in The Walking Dead, has kept busy since the show ended its 11-season run, even bringing back his character in the spinoff, The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon.

With the spinoff filming in Europe, it seems the actor has been spending less time in his downtown pad. The Boondock Saints star appears to be downsizing his Manhattan property, as the listing photos show an apartment mostly empty of furniture. The duplex penthouse boasts a large open-concept living and dining area that leads to a big private outdoor terrace. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light, while exposed wooden beams and a cozy wood-burning fireplace add a unique charm to the home.

The beams in the space are leftovers from when it used to be a horse stable for a nearby police station, giving the modern area a cool historical vibe. Reedus was familiar with the place before he bought the penthouse; he had a second-floor unit that he sold for $2 million back in 2013 before snagging the top-floor pad. The city records show that Lindsey Adelman, a lighting designer, is now the owner of the penthouse. Reedus and his partner, actress Diane Kruger, are known for their high-profile real estate deals.

The couple, who have a daughter together, used to own a castle in Los Angeles, which they sold in 2021. In 2023, Reedus sold his estate in Georgia for $3.85 million after trying to rent it out for $12,500 a month, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. That same year, Realtor.com reported that he and Kruger sold their Greenwich Village townhouse, taking a $2 million hit after several unsuccessful attempts to sell it.
