Miley Cyrus' 'Flowers' LA San Fernando Valley Mansion Sold for $5 Million.

Miley Cyrus might be able to treat herself to some flowers, but someone just snagged the same mansion that starred in her hit music video for a whopping $5 million.

TMZ reports that this four-bedroom, six-bathroom pad sold earlier this month and boasts over 6,600 square feet of space.

Situated in Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley, this house has quite the history in Hollywood. Miley’s 2023 music video wasn’t its first brush with fame; it’s appeared in films like Dreamgirls and Bewitched, as well as TV shows such as Mad Men and Beef.

The property has also seen its fair share of celebrity residents. Notably, the legendary Frank Sinatra rented it from 1960 to 1964.

While the buyer's identity remains a mystery, it looks like a smart investment. TMZ mentions that the place can rake in between $750,000 and $1.2 million each year from rentals for shoots.

It had been on the market for several years at a higher price, but after a recent price drop, it finally found a buyer.

Miley never actually lived in that house; she just used it as a backdrop for her hit song "Flowers," which really put it in the spotlight. But she's got quite the collection of impressive properties under her belt.

In late 2022, she snagged a stunning oceanfront pad in Malibu for $7.9 million. This place is huge, boasting 6,568 square feet, six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and breathtaking ocean views. It also has a modern kitchen, several fireplaces, and a big backyard complete with a heated pool and spa.

She also picked up a mid-century modern home in Studio City back in 2011 for $3.9 million. This 5,100-square-foot gem features floor-to-ceiling windows, a pool, a cabana, and a grill area for those sunny days.

Previously, she owned a sprawling 33.5-acre ranch in her hometown of Franklin, which she bought for $5.8 million in 2017. The main house was 6,800 square feet with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a wrap-around porch, a pool, a putting green, and even a horse barn. She sold that property in 2022 for a whopping $14.5 million, raking in a nice profit.

She’s had several homes in Hidden Hills over the years, plus a place in Malibu that she used to share with her ex, Liam Hemsworth, who’s said to have inspired the song “Flowers.”
