The luxury project will have 216 branded residences and 179 hotel rooms. Together with its subsidiaries, Helbor Empreendimentos S.A. develops and sells residential and commercial real estate properties in Brazil. Campos Mello (in cooperation with DLA Piper) advised Marriott International on the drafting, review and negotiation of all agreements.
